I know, right!? And the fact that he really doesn't want you to feel sorry for him because that's *unnecessary* just makes me want to hug him MORE. ...I don't think he would approve of that though.

This somehow reminded me of morrowind and Dagoth Ur, there is a reason they put him in the middle of a volcano..

Dagoth Ur: haha! I have finally escaped this hole! Now i shall wreak havoc on this world! Haha! Wait a second... Where are all my levitation scrolls?! Those fucking bastards! ...*looks up at out of the volcano* Screw this i'm going back inside..

And that my friends is why Dagoth Ur has to stay in his cave, and he waits forever for a traveller stupid enough to bring along levitation potions or spells, so if he's just about to kill you, use the last of your levitation items just to piss him off
